Les "Schtroumpfs", the little Belgian creatures from the woods, exactly from "le pays maudit" or the country, created by Pierre Culliford know as Peyo and who made their first appearance in Spirou magazine back in 1958 will be back in summer 2011 but this time they moved from their wood to the heart of Manhattan city, in Central Park NYC. The idea of their new home/village is so sick, why what we all knew as "les Schtroumphfs" are supposed to move to NYC to get the producer's attention i don't get it.
The new look they gave to smurfs is a bit weird, they used to look much cuter and also their new eyes and the beard of Papa smurf is different :(

It seems the smurfs will pass through a magic portal and find themselves in New York. We have to wait till July 2011 to see what will happen next coz am really excited to see this movie.
